I found Ocotillo Appliance Repair while searching online for Oven & Stove repair as my stove was acting up, and I needed it fixed pronto. The reviews looked good. I thought, why not give them a shot? The tech who came out was super chill, seemed to know what he was doing. He got right to work, and it didn't take long before he figured out what was wrong. It was something with the igniter, he said. Sounded about right to me! He had the part on hand, which was a nice surprise—didn't have to wait around for an order or anything. The repair was quick and smooth, and now my stove's working like a charm again. Even gave me some tips on keeping it in good shape. All in all, real happy with the service.
